USSC Justice Kagen, after plagiarizing Al Gore by declaring the USSC's latest decision would cause East Coast cities to sink beneath the waves, gave another reason why denying agency powers reserved for Congress is a bad idea.

Kagen said agencies like the EPA should have MORE power than Congress because (current) Congress / Politicians are stupid and don't know WTF they are talking about.

Since this case is being heard while Democrats control both the House and Senate, Kagan was obviously commenting about the ignorance of Democrats in charge.

Instead of Un-Constitutional powers / authorities to liberal-run agencies in an attempt to make up for the ignorance of Democrat politicians, perhaps Democrats should run / elect smarter candidates.

:p

Then again, the person who just questioned THEIR intelligence was a USSC Justice whose primary defense for Un-Constitutionally allowing the EPA to hold on to excessive power is that stripping that power would lead to coastal cities sinking beneath the waves like fabled Atlantis ... a debunked, anti-science, fear-mongering fairy tale told by Al Gore years ago.

Hard to tell who is more ignorant after that - Democrat Congressional politicians or the Liberal USSC Justice who called out their ignorance.

:p

Bwuhahahahahahaha

In a way...........she's not wrong........

The people will never fix congress until we impose term limits and publicly sponsored elections... take the money out of it....

Term Limits?

You're asking CONGRESS to 'cut their own throats' by voting for that...?

Bedides, we already have 'Term Limits'. They are called 'Elections'. We just need smarter Americans to enforce those limits by voting the politicians out of office.

I don't care... too many in congress are abusing their power and the one's that are the biggest scoundrels are the people in cemented districts that never have a decent challenger because of the favors they do for their donors...
Look how long Pelosi has held her seat and how much power and corruption she yields....
New blood and publicly financed elections is what I believe will work...

Well I can see where the retarded Munchkin is coming from.....

It's no accident that the movers and shakers of most of the regulatory agencies have degrees form leftist Ivy League schools. Their goal is to infiltrate/influence every aspect of American's life and what better places to send them than to regulatory agencies.

Nearly every I-L school now has Environmental Science degrees available in a variety of flavors.....And you know the dumb shits in the .gov swoon over a I-L sheepskin.

Wake the fuck up people.

Without reigning in the bureaucracy nothing will be accomplished with term limits for Congrees.
Not so.Used to be there were few term limits for Governors.
Not Goot!. Or how about The most overpowering Potus in
american history { F.D.R. } who pushed banks around and
implimented Works Projects.F.D.R, used Executive action
to create the WPA.Part of The New Deal.Which actually extended the
Great Depression.
Plus his overreach during WW II with Japanese Internment camps.
Barely criticized until decades later.
Earl Warren { Former Chief Justice } was Governor of California
for 10 years.
Or George Wallace who was Govrrnor of Alabama 4 times.
Once for 2 consecutive terms { '71-79 }.

Obvioulsy that's the thing to look at.Whether Harvard or Yale.
With John Kerry using Campaign flaks Terry McAuliffe and
Bob Shrum daily attacking Bush 43 in the election of 2004.
Kerry refused to release his Yale grades, gpa and course load.
When questioned on - Meet the Press - by very fair but balanced
Tim Russert who made a point of getting Kerry to admit that
Bush already released his Yale gpa and partial courses. Both
Bush and Kerry were both members of Yales ... Skull & Bones.
Plus Kerry refused to concede his loss in 2004.Right up till the
first week of January 2005.Making life for Ohio Secretary of State
Ken Blackwood a living hell.

Politicians know insider trading and money laundering.... science, not so much.

I'm old enough to remember algore telling the planet that the earth's core is "millions of degrees, man!!!"

Not hardly, dumb mother fucker. Stick to grifting and racketeering. We'll take care of the thinking.

Dems have long been inclined with that tendency.
But never like today. It's so extreme today that only one word
makes sense.
An extension of Socialism ....

has acquired the energy and the self-contained exclusive
character of a Weltanschauung. " - Sigmund Freud

used energy { electric bill }.He had a rather huge use of electricity.
