Equal protection of law is a primary aspect of the Constitution which goes all the way back to the Magna Carta. The + indicates clauses still in effect.
+ (39) No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any other way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgement of his equals or by the law of the land.
+ (40) To no one will we sell, to no one deny or delay right or justice.
There were 3,000 deprived of their lives, and justice was, denied, delayed and sold.
If that is not true, then the NYC mayor who took the plans and hid them while the courts protect their hiding would have had to return them, which would have given justice a chance for those who died.
divot, you are acting as if you cannot recognize violations of law and obvious structural features. Meaning that you are working to protect the interests of the perpetrators.
