US Supreme Court : Agrees with the President : MS13 gangster Kilmar Abrego Garcia must stay in El Salvador's SuperMax

The Supreme court Justices are all lawyers...and ALL 9 said it was Constitutionally required to give them due process before deporting them, and from here on out, before deporting them, they have to give them due process...a way to defend themselves against the govt's accusations and further action....

Most of them would lose, but some of them....a few, or even just one or two, will prove the govt was mistaken, and wrong.

Due process- is one of the reasons America is Great
Not for illegals.

But also, Kavanaugh wrote, Make no mistake....all 9 justices agree...due process for those removed and deported, must be given first, from here on out.

Statistically "all" received due process.
Maybe not to the level that poor careforall would like - but -

Game, Set, MATCH!
Nope.

The Supreme Court ruled on Monday night that the Trump administration could continue to deport Venezuelan migrants using a wartime powers act for now, overturning a lower court that had put a temporary stop to the deportations.

The decision marks a victory for the Trump administration, although the ruling did not address the constitutionality of using the Alien Enemies Act to send the migrants to a prison in El Salvador. The justices instead issued a narrow procedural ruling, saying that the migrants’ lawyers had filed their lawsuit in the wrong court.

The justices said it should have been filed in Texas, where the Venezuelans are being held, rather than a court in Washington.

All nine justices agreed that the Venezuelan migrants detained in the United States must receive advance notice and the opportunity to challenge their deportation before they could be removed, Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh wrote in a concurrence.

Greed and moneyocracy have been driving America for years, so why should I be surprised? Just keep lying to the world...that's democracy! Lol. :)

👉 The U.S. Supreme Court is involved with lobbying and donations in several ways:

1. Influence on Judicial Appointments: Tax-exempt organizations, including those under sections 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 527, can lobby to influence the nomination or confirmation of Supreme Court justices. While 501(c)(3) organizations have limited lobbying capabilities, others like 501(c)(4) and 527 organizations can engage in unlimited lobbying related to judicial appointments[1].

2. Citizens United Decision: The Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United v. FEC (2010) allowed corporations and unions to spend unlimited sums on independent political expenditures, which can indirectly influence the political environment surrounding judicial appointments and decisions[3][4].

3. Gifts to Justices: Supreme Court justices have received millions of dollars in gifts over the years, which raises ethical concerns about potential influence. While these gifts are not direct donations to the Court, they can create perceptions of influence or bias among justices[2][5][8].

Therefore, while the Supreme Court itself does not directly engage in lobbying or accept donations, its operations and decisions can be influenced by lobbying efforts and financial transactions related to its members.

It's a win, and I'm thankful for that, but having to give them a chance to challenge their removal under due process, could really slow the effort to rid the country of Biden's flood.

In addition, ONCE AGAIN Amy Coney Barrett sided with the ******* libs on the court! Trump's one big mistake was nominating her.

Of course , it is not fair to WE THE PEOPLE that the Biden Junta allowed over 15,000,000 unvetted illegals into our country and now each and every one of them is entitled to a due process hearing which will bog the system down for a gazillion years.

Hopefully the Fifth Circuit in Texas will streamline the procedure and rule that the immigrants can file their request in El Salvador's SuperMax.

He was legally in the country... A Judge ordered that....

He asked for asylum and he was granted it after he presented his case...

Why are you against due process and the rule of law...
Because the Biden Junta is using the due process clause against we the people .......it opened the borders to over 15,000,000 knowing full well that processing that many illegals will bog the system down for a gazillion years ,

It's a win
Ruling the case was filed in the wrong court is a win? Did the Court rule on the constitutionality of using the AEA? No. Did it rule the regime can keep deporting immigrants without due process? No.

My non-lawyerly interpretation:
1. Non-criminal illegals can be deported/returned to their country of origin immediately under the AEA
2. Criminals, in order to be sent top the super-max in El Salvadore MUST have a hearing, in the correct District.

y/n?

Not for illegals.
How does the govt show proof they are illegals, or gang members, or over the age of 14, meeting the legal parameters of the Act? Due process for the defendants....

No.

Non criminals who are not in the specific gang the govt is using as an enemy, were not discussed by the justices.

You would probably be happier in a socialist nation.

My question is how can a judge “order” the government to bring him back even if he was sent away by mistake? I suppose we can ask politely, but we can’t make his native land send him back.
Some people do not understand there are limits on and to the power of the courts.
