US Supreme Court : Agrees with the President : MS13 gangster Kilmar Abrego Garcia must stay in El Salvador's SuperMax

Every American should be wanting everyone to get due process. It is how everyone is protected...
NO sane legitimate good real core American believes unauthorized foreign nationals here to **** us over has any right to due process.
The purple hair brigade is committed to dying on *******/tranny hill.
Please don’t relent.

Thanks in advance.

You would probably be happier in a socialist nation.
Nope! I'm much happier living in a Nation like ours, who believes in the rule of law and our Constitution....which requires habeas corpus (due process, this right before detainment etc)

It seems to be you, who would be happier in an authoritarian country like North Korea, or China, or Russia..... :rolleyes-41:

I like Trump's policies. You seem to like Biden's crappy tenure.

Just crossing the wire, will link shortly. From Fox News.

EDIT: Link(s) added.
EDIT II: Link to ruling added.

I would suggest that you need to read a portion of this.

"The court stressed that going forward, people who are deported should receive notice they are subject to the act and an opportunity to have their removal reviewed by the federal court where they are being detained."

This picture fits.

Ruling the case was filed in the wrong court is a win? Did the Court rule on the constitutionality of using the AEA? No. Did it rule the regime can keep deporting immigrants without due process? No.

The court ruled in Trump's favor that he can use the 'Alien Enemies Act' to deport people from the U.S.
That part of the ruling, is indeed a win.

I sure am glad I look like my Irish ancestry and nobody in past generations married Latino. Right now, walking while Latino, is as hazardous or more so, than driving while black in some places, but now its the Feds, not local hillbillies.
That is pure nonsense and you know it.

Biden, like all dimocraps, fucked up the system. Why he did it is a matter of opinion because I don't think even he knew why he did it. But the fact remains -- He did.

There are major parts of this Country where Hispanic names, people and customs are not just prevalent, but dominant. I would say that around 25% of our residents where I live are Hispanic and they have no problems mixing with the GenPop. They're everywhere, they're lawyers, politicians, electricians, landsapers, business owners..... They live the American Dream like everybody else. Some of the new immigrants show up and think they're vaqueros. They usually find out the hard way that we're not the lazy decadent people they believed us to be. But not that many. At all.

Your post above was grossly unfair and frankly, incompetent. It is less a bad reflection of America than it is of you

He was an illegal alien.
He was in a gang as well.
So let's not get to deep into the weeds here.
Illegal aliens have no constitutional rights.
That’s not correct. The Constitution grants people certain guaranteed rights. Not just citizens.

Some rights (like voting) are reserved, obviously, just for citizens, however. Congress granted certain rights to aliens. Doing that was not unconstitutional. Thus, aliens (even illegal aliens) do have some rights under our constitution.

Nope.
President Trump is perfectly within his abilities and rights to deport them.
If you come to the USA illegally you have no rights.

False.

Since you don’t know what you’re talking about, it’s clear you really ought to provide factual support (with links) for the claims you make.

But NOT without due process as they have been doing....which is a win for all of us.

15th post
It is definitely a win against the pos Democrat judge shopping.
I saw an interview last night with a GOP Rep. He said that Boasberg was on vacation when he heard about the MS-13 Case. So he flew back to DC just so he could, himself, assign it to himself.

Since he's the Chief Justice at that District Court, he could do that. So he did.

Our Founders wanted the Judiciary to be totally and completely and absolutely free of politics.

Is anybody surprise that it is dimocrap scum, the scummiest scumbags in human history, that violate this sacred tenet of our Country at every opportunity?

Boaberg and several others seriously need to be impeached and removed. They are a disgrace.

If it isn't done, it will take down our entire Judicial System. Presidents will simply start to ignore them.

The Judiciary has no power anyway. It all comes from the Executive. If they want to serve a Warrant, they have to get the Executive to do it for them. If they want someone arrested, they have to ask for the Executive to do it.

Methinks our Founders set it up that way on purpose. Many of them were Lawyers and they know how bad they can get.

The Constitution doesn't require that SCOTUS Justices be lawyers but since 1957, they have all been lawyers. Same in the 50 States.

There's no written law that says you have to be a lawyer to be a Judge, but the Bar and lawyers themselves kinda make it impossible if you're not. Like, in Florida, yu don't have to be a Lawyer to be a Judge but you do have to be a member of the Bar. So how do you become a member of the Bar?

How many guesses do you need?

This is true. The Constitution doesn't even talk about citizenship until (what?) the 14th Amendment. It applies to The People of the United States. Period.

So does apportionment.

But non-citizens who belong to Foreign Terrorist groups who break the Rules of War (attacking civilians and civilian targets is numer uno) are not covered by the Constitution. In fact, they may be subject to summary exectuion depending on how one interprets the law.

So instead of making general, sweeping statements, let's talk about one case, one person or one action on its own merits.

It seems to me that all the COVID experts have now become immigration law experts. And before then, they were Russia-Russia-Russia experts. In between being election theft experts.
