The dingleberries accuse Trump of promoting racist immigration laws.

But the US has had racist immigration laws since 1889 .

In 1800 Congress enacted an immigration law . Founding Fathers James Madison and Thomas Jefferson reminded Congress that the federal government had NO AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER to adopt immigration laws. The law was allow to expire in 1802.

We had no immigration Law until 1889 when a racist SCOTUS ruled that the federal government could interdict , detain and deport without Constitution authority because the Chinese presence in our midst constituted an emergency. The Chinese wanted to work in the California gold mines competing against "our people" (wink, wink) white Europeans.

So learn US history before accusing Mr. Trump.

The Obama administration has also blocked people of certain viewpoints from entering the United States. In 2011, the State Department denied a visa for Kermin Yeldiz, a prominent Kurdish rights activist who lives in Britain and was traveling to the United States to accept an award. After the ACLU and PEN sent a joint letter of protest, the State Department issued Yeldiz a visa.

the chinese played a major role building railroads.

The U.S. government already can and does bar immigration on ideological grounds – and has abused that power.

In addition to dramatically expanding government surveillance, "the Patriot Act passed by Congress soon after the 9/11 terror attacks allows the State Department to exclude anyone who it determines “undermines the United States efforts to reduce or eliminate terrorist activities.”"

The first Chinese were hired in 1865 [sic] at approximately $28 per month to do the very dangerous work of blasting and laying ties over the treacherous terrain of the high Sierras. They lived in simply dwellings and cooked their own meals, often consisting of fish, dried oysters and fruit, mushrooms and seaweed

On top of that, not many remember, the first case to come to the supreme court to sue for duel citizenship was a Mexican. He wanted to retain his Mexican citizenship while taking on a US citizenship.

The Supreme court ruled, probably rightfully so, that this would create a conflict of interest, especially where it involved citizens working for the government, so they denied his request.

Some fifty, or so years later, an Israeli citizen took his case to court, and got a Jewish judge.

Well, now, you can guess the outcome of that case and why we now have so many Israeli citizens in our government.

It sort of makes you wonder why in the 1800's government officials had the wisdom to tell Mexican citizens they had to choose to be citizens of one nation or the other. In the twentieth century, what happened to common sense?

Yeah, this nations government has always had a bit of a bias against brown folks.

That was fine so long as white folks didn't want to do that kind of work.
