The keystone XL is a boondoggle..a tax dodge for the Canadians and Chinese. There's no benefit to US consumers or taxpayers. It goes directly to the refineries in Free Trade Zone and is sold overseas.

Most US wells produce fewer than 50 barrels a day so they don't build pipelines to individual well heads.
