US Energy Production Hits All-Time High

I'm doing just fine.... but the nation is not...
These idiots just don't seem to get that this economy is only "good" for the supply side big guys. Not for for the demand side consumer herd. Makes me wonder what the hell they've been smoking that makes them think that they're paying less than they were 4 or 5 years ago. Somehow these morons think that because corporations are making a slaughter of it, that's it's good for us all. One has to wonder if they're really that stupid or if they really think that if they keep parroting this nonsense, eventually all consumers will be completely brainwashed. Are these people brainwashed, tasked with doing the brainwashing...or both?

who said we were? Who thinks we are paying less than 4 or 5 years ago?

There is no 4 or 5 year period in my 60 year lifetime that prices were cheaper at the end of that the beginning of

Its coming... get ready... .

More wishful thinking from the MAGA cult.

I am more than ready, my wife's job is recession proof and mine is dang near, so there is no worry of job loss.

And if one does not lose their job, what is the harm of a recession?

hey are you going to vote for Kamala and lie about it here?....

I am voting for Chase Oliver. I will snap a pic of my mail in ballot like I did in 2020 so show how I voted for.

Thanks Biden.
He hasn't got a clue what day it is, thank him for what, lol

Energy production increases across the planet because of population and manufacturing growth. Are you expecting folk to retreat to dark mud huts so energy production falls?

And being a Republican, suddenly you care about uneducated blue collar workers? Fuck you. Laughable. Your every policy suggests you think they are takers not makers. And you certainly don't want them to have a seat at the table with the CEO and shareholders. Workers have a seat at the table?

It's why I know Trump's couple talking points on how he will help them is bullshit. Play wackamole with illegals when Trump is an illegal employer himself? Just one example.

The better the economy the better we all do... I argue its you who doesn't care about others... 2.9% inflation today... higher than expected... that means single mothers are feeling real pain...

You only care because you want their votes. I remember when you were defending Bush you said it's her fault. She shouldn't have had kids she couldn't afford, blablabla. Totally different than today.

Actually, now that I think about it. You guys aren't saying you want companies to pay her more. Your only solution is to make things cheaper. Which is the EXACT same argument you made during Bush when you convinced us buying from China was a good thing.

Remember one day a week ago Republicans were soooo happy the stock market took a dump because Biden only added 120,000 jobs in July when he forcasted 180,000. First of all, why did Wallstreet panic like that? Are they going to do this right before the election to try and help Trump win?

And yesterday some idiot Republican here said we were in a recession. LOL. A recession is 3 months of job losses. Biden added 120,000 jobs. So we haven't even had 1 of those months yet.

Don't forget Bush's Great Recession was the greatest since the Great Depression. And Trump's was worse than Bush's, because of how he handled the pandemic as President.

The country’s current “inflationary spiral” can also be traced back to COVID-19, Maher said, describing the trillions of dollars the government issued throughout the pandemic. This, he noted, should not be pinned on President Joe Biden, but his predecessor, former President Donald Trump.

“We’re going to bring back Trump?” he asked. “The guy who ignored COVID like it was the dinner check? Talk about not learning anything.”

Higher than expected and the number does not include Food or energy costs... people are hurting and they are blaming Biden Harris....

They are not blaming Harris. Biden maybe but not Harris. And they should be blaming Trump.

And if you won't listen to Bill Maher

Ron DeSantis and Chris Christie Call Out Trump for Adding to Federal Debt

"He owes it to you to defend his record where they added $7.8 trillion to the debt that set the stage for the inflation that we have."
