Unsealed Trump Search Warrant - Trump had classified Documents

As President (and only while President) he had almost unlimited right to declassify.

There is no proof that I have heard that he did so

See my post 2819.

The fact is he did not, per his own court filings. The fact is he cannot declassify them by shouting into his social media letterbox. Because he takes his supporters for ******* morons and knows they will believe and repeat his lies.

Where is your proof that he did declassify them or have the right to do so?

You make claims without any knowledge or proof of your claims, proving you to be a democratic sheep.
He got caught with his hand in a jar full of cookies and he claims he spoke the magic words into the ether which transformed them into jelly beans.

Clintons crimes were crimes of omission; that is she was not using an email server authorized for classified documents.
Trump crimes are crimes of commission. He took over 300 classified documents plus presidential records he had no right to, he violated law by damaging and destroying documents, he ignored a subpoena to return them, and obstructed the government efforts to get them back. On a scale seriousness of the crime, Clinton is 1 and Trump is 9.
A federal judge ruled that he does have such a right.

Oh, so you didn't mean what you said regarding any of the classified materials. Just "presidential records" (even though that isn't what you said).

Well so what? He still never undertook that process, as outlined by the same act you cherrypicked.
Everyone in this discussion concedes that he did have the right to declassify documents.

There is no "process," moron, except for after the fact.

You're also conflating two separate issues: presidential papers and classified documents.

I just quoted a federal judge saying it does.
The act itself says something diferent

It requires the NARA to work with the President

The PRA makes no differentiation.

He was still president when he packed up the documents, fool.
And when those docs got to MAL he was no longer President.

Thus in violation of the PRA and the three statutes mentioned in the recovery warrant

Everyone in this discussion concedes that he did have the right to declassify documents.
And no one can actually prove he did...not that it matters considering the relative laws..

Of course he had that right. It's just too bad for him he can't prove he actually did declassify them.

Who says that when they got to MAL is the cutoff point?
