Leaked is the proper word since supposedly the FBI is impartial and law enforcement not supposed to comment on ongoing cases. Which had actually been the standard until just this case.

they didn't leak a damn thing. when the story finally broke, only a smidge of info had been released because of the undeniability that something really bad is going on with yer chosen one. but you can thank donny for not having the self control to keep his orange pie hole shut & the more he divulges ... the more 'permission' he gives to the DOJ to release info; as long as it doesn't compromise the ongoing investigation & intel.

Okay quit being ridiculous. It’s stupid to assume anyone has to prove a negative. If Trump is indicted, the government is going to say there is no evidence declassification was done. Trump lawyers can easily point to evidence that he did, if he did. I’m not sure why that’s “unfair”.

Let me ask you this: how, exactly, could it be proven he declassified them? What theoretical evidence would there be that prove that? What evidence would satisfy you?
