First off moron, Fascism is a sect of socialism. Fascism is collectivist by definition. The idea of raising taxes to increase spending by the central government is a very collectivist idea - entirely consistent with fascism.

I don't think any one is questioning a presidents power to control classification, classifying and declassifying. The question was were the documents actually declassified if no one was informed. The president has the power to pardon, call up troops, and declassify documents but that can't happen unless the president takes action.

Trump is caught between a rock and a hard place. If the documents were actually declassified, that could bring on a charge of espionage. If the documents remained classified, then he could be charged with retention and mishandling of classified documents.

However, regardless of the whether the documents were declassified or not, the fact that his intent was to declassify highly classified documents that could seriously damage National Security to protect himself from criminal charges is not going sit well with voters.

If all of those documents were declassified then none of the information in them would be classified which includes information collected by the CIA assets, and information collected by the NSA. A number of the Top Secret Documents were compartmentalize because they contain some of most secret information that would be potentially damaging to national security if made public. It is hard to believe that Donald Trump had so little regard for the security of the nation that he would be willing to release that information to protect himself from possible criminal charges.

I found no record that Obama gave classified information information to Putin in 2012. Not saying he didn't, but you need to supply a link if want people to believe you.

President's often declassify certainly information by passing it on to foreign nationals. Trump did it, as did Bush, and Clinton. However, no president to my knowledge has ever declassified a treasury trove of over two hundred classified documents, containing some most secret information in order save his ass from criminal charges.

Presidents rarely initiate declassification. Most declassification comes from one of two sources, automatic declassification or the agency that initially requested the classification.
