Take Biden's judicial nominee, for example - a JUDGE who did not have a clue about the basics of the US Constitution ... on which our laws are based.

Evidently they, like Joe Biden, finished at the top of their law class, too ... with honors ... and 3 degrees. (I wonder if they know what a 'woman' is?!)

I'm not sure how Carson was qualified. I can give you Perry, since he'd been a governor. I'm sure there were plenty of others under Trump, just as with Obama/Bush/Clinton etc. Just saying that presidents appointing people to positions they aren't experienced with or qualified for is nothing new.
