And your desired no fly zone can't be done by mercenary air forces, it requires a nation state air force or many nation state air forces to make that work.

If Europe hasn't made any moves to kick Putin out of Crimea, America would be the only force capable of doing anything about it. Here's the thing, the Neo-nazis in control of Zelensky, the military, and civil society, have no intention to let any of Ukraine's territory go.

They don't want peace with Russia, until all Russians and Ukrainians of Russian ethnic descent/language, are out of Crimea and Donbas.
