1) There is no record of Trump declassifying the docs just because he had the power to do so.

There doesn't have to be any record....because any docs that Trump took with him were automatically declassified. This is a grey area in the law that only a POTUS falls under. His lawyers never could say if he did it because it's something that goes without saying (or putting in writing).
It wasn't illegal for Trump to take that stuff with him because as long as he had them secured (according to regulations) there is no issues with it. Biden was being a prick about it, and that's why it became an issue.

On the other hand.....Biden took stuff with him that was a purposeful attempt to hide incriminating evidence from Trump. He took stuff so that Trump couldn't get his grubby hands on it....yet made it easily available to the Chinese consulate in Washington (which was a 15 min bicycle ride from Biden's office in the PennBiden think tank). There was evidence of payouts from China thru his kid Hunter Biden after Biden's name was put on the place.

BTW, why did Hunter have an office in the PennBiden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement?

And when it comes to TS information....the actual information they contain matters more than the numbers of documents. It doesn't matter if Trump had 300 classified documents if the information contained in them wasn't all that important or sensitive. But if Biden had 10-12 TS-SCI docs that were being hidden from the Trump Adm intentionally to cover up his illegal actives.....and if the information they contained were the basis for one of the impeachments by the Democrats.......it's clear that Biden had a reason for stealing them and hiding them.
