U.S. attorney reviewing classified documents from Joe Biden's vice presidency found at Biden think tank

Yeah....and that makes it okay because Biden never read them (cuz he has problems reading).....but everyone else with zero security clearances was reading them.

Actually they were in a locked area. And only when Bidens lawyers were removing them because they were shutting down the office, did they get access to them.

However everyone can read the stuff (in a locked secure SCIF that was in a basement in Mara-lago) from a chopper 1200 ft above the compound and now splashed all over the news. Those empty TS document folders, framed photos, love letters from Little Kim and Obama, and other memorabilia, where at risk of falling into the hands of the Chinese.
keep making shit up

doesn't matter

Sleepy Joe is still President and Trump is still in a whole world of legal hurt

There was no SCIF at Mar-a-lago. Like the presidential helipad, it too was removed when Trump left office.

He wasn't hiding them. He just had them....they got lost in the shuffle when he left Washington.....and this sort of thing tends to happen. Unlike Hillary, who was hiding and destroying documents and evidence.

However.....this only points out the simple fact that the Democrats knew Biden had them since before the election and they knew Obama had millions of classified documents that he took with him, yet the only person who (according to them) did anything wrong was Orange Badman. This doesn't justify an FBI raid......and it carries a stink of corruption with it.
Xiden was hiding them. They were still in Washington, and in his private office. It would make more sense if it was a lot of stuff mixed up, but they were specific documents and he moved them into a folder he marked personal, but even the random lawyer once he opened the folder knew from first glance they were highly classified documents

Lol you are so full of shit. They didn’t “inspect” them until after the FBI raid. Why the fuck would the FBI raid his home if they were about to be returned. You’re just making shit up. It does not take a fucking year to hand over documents. Tell me why did Trump take them to his home to begin with if he had the intention of returning them? Nothing you’re saying makes any goddamn sense.
They seized stuff after the raid....there was nothing to inspect. He had NA inspectors there reviewing things back in June of 2022. This is after he already gave them 15 boxes back Feb.

Try to post on topic.
it's straight out of a link here

so

put your Junior High School Hall Monitor persona away

Actually Biden was authorized to have them as Vice President of the United States, through the inherent constitutional authority of his office. The same as the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, and Members of the Supreme Court.
So why all the fuss this past summer and a stalinist raid of Trump's house if the Constitution gave him the authority to have them?

Geez...just looks like Stalinist tactics now

Actually there's no difference. Records that were supposed to be turned over to the National Archives, are supposed to be turned over to the National Archives PERIOD.
Afterward, they can move to get them back from, or to get access to them from the National Archives.

It's no different than a search warrant. You comply with the warrant, and then afterwards you can move to suppress, or to retrieve the items seized.
hahaa you don't have to turn your property over, then figfht to get it back. You can fight first

It's vastly different then a search warrant.

Trump didn't fight the grand jury subpoena.

Biden didn't possess them. He left them locked up in his office from when he was Vice President.

That's possession. The documents were moved from his VP office to a private, unsecured office in Delaware. And I have no doubt he stole many more than just the 10 that were found.

This is the tip of another massive Biden crime iceberg.

You dumb fuck. Joe the molester WAS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO ACCESS CLASSIFED INFORMATION ONCE HE WAS NO LONGER VP. That means FOR FOUR YEARS HE ILLEGALLY POSSESSED HIDDEN TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS. He COULD NOT declassify documents so he COULD NOT KEEP THEM. Trump was fucking PRESIDENT and you act like he fucking sold nuclear secrets to the Russians. Fucking Joe the kiddy molester hid documents at his private office when he was no longer allowed by LAW to keep them, and you're defending his every move.

In other words, you're a stupid fucking liberal.
Lol dude you’re a moron. They weren’t in his possession. He was only at that office while he was VP, not while president.

This isn’t even about declassification anyway. I’m not claiming Biden declassified any of them.

And Trump was NOT president while he had them in his possession. He didn’t declassify them for one, but even if he did it was illegal for him to have them as PRIVATE CITIZEN.

I love how you idiots nip pick the law on this now that Biden is involved. Before you blindly said Trump had full authority to have those documents while being a citizen.

lol NA inspectors were not there. If they were, they would take the goddamn documents with them because they don’t belong to private citizens.

Remember. Proper disposition of Presidential records, is the job of the president, not the vice president.

If the white house records office instructed Biden to return the classified documents, and he failed to, would he be culpable.
Otherwise the failure is one of the white house records office. And ultimately the president of the united states.
i believe that’s wrong, he’s still responsible to comply with the Admin Records Act…regardless he can’t violate the espionage act
