If you were starting a cover/tribute band in these extremely uncertain times, is the best way I can describe it.....you've got the band, and now you need a popular song list to roll with.
Obviously , whenever the club scene opens back up which it will, there'll be different venues for different crowds - everything from country to R&B, rap, Pop, blues or jazz fusion, classic rock, heavy metal and any combination of those, but for myself I'm going with something like--- mostly classic rock, some blues, a little 'contemporary' jazz fusion ( but not too Marriott Hotel-sounding), some improv jamming and not too heavy metal songs. I'm not sure.
I have my own set in mind , but I want to hear yours. Serious answers please...in the meantime, I'm about to change strings on my new Ibanez (used) with the Floyd Rose floating double locking tremolo...it takes a lot of patience - you other guitar players know...I have it all the way down in drop D standard tuning right now.....messing with some Alice in Chains and stuff.
