I've been down this debate thing a long time ago. I'm not arguing anymore. The OP says, if you read the entire article, Dr. Thomas Stalcup has spent something like twenty five years filing FOIA requests for a myriad of documentation and received subpoena power, and has interviewed many involved with the issue and claims he has evidence to prove a SM 2 took out TWA 800.
There is a lawsuit in the courts. Stalcup has evidence, more than anyone trying to disprove it based on media reports.
I posted this to bring the new evidence to light..... that's it.
So unless anyone has access to Stalcups evidence, ongoing debate is rather futile based on available dated media reports.
The only thing that makes "ongoing debate is rather futile" is the lack of any real information, facts, or details from the OP and the article it links to.
The OP text consists of a 'sales pitch' for a book by Cashill, excerpted from the article linked in the OP. That article being a more elaborate 'sales pitch' by Cashill. Cashill references Stalcup as having "evidence" but none of that is provided, leaving us to go "on faith" that Cashill and Stalcup 'have the goods'/evidence for their claim, trust them.
At this point it all sounds like a mound of hearsay.

Silenced ".... At that link there's a few sentences of teaser about TWA-800 destroyed by "missiles" but nothing about whose*, how many etc. You have to watch the 58 minute documentary to hopefully get details and facts.

3rd = "In 2013 Stalcup ... produced the excellent documentary,
TWA Flight 800." Click on this and you get an offer to buy or rent a one hour 32 minute movie. A couple sentences of vague teaser is all the description provided.
4th = on the way to the next embedded link we get this 'half of the story teaser' -"... evidence emerged proving that TWA 800’s explosion was not caused by any defect in the airplane, but instead by an errant United States missile* fired at aerial target drones flying nearby. "

2 out of the five links that might provide any substance don't work.
The 3 that do will require over three and a half hours of viewing to see if they contain anything of substance, any actual facts or data. *
I don't consider hearsay and "expert said" to be facts, or workable data.
I don't have 3 1/2+ hours to chase your 'rabbit' down it's hole to see if it isn't a nothing burger.
So far there is no "bring the new evidence to light." in your OP or anything else you presented on this thread.
You could have gone through the substance of those 3 & 1/2 hours of video and found the time-marks where we get past the fluff and get some solid information - but you didn't.
And now you're getting some huffy, hissy fit about waste of (your) time, etc.; But what about ours which you wasted here.

The name(s) and class(s) of the ships involved.
Their geographic locations, map grid, longitude and latitude at time the fatal missile is supposed to have been fired by it(them?).
The Time that fatal missile was fired and the co-ordinates of the target drone it was supposed to go after and hit.
Whether the firing ship or CSEDS was in control of the missile at launch until it was released to it's own guidance ?
Better yet, where the time-mark is on each that provides the answers.
Just a few that would help provide actual details and data to understand all this better, and give credibility to the OP.
