Does anyone posting here have any fucking idea what is involved in real estate development? It takes intelligence, insight, and balls. Salesmanship is invaluable, as many parties are put at great risk, and must be convicted cedar to come aboard.

The process, when successful, results in wealth generation, employment, and peripheral economic growth.

People unfamiliar with the process always cite examples of people and companies losing money with Trump, and his well - documented bankruptcies. But everyone goes into these high-risk ventures with eyes wide open. You don't "keep score" on the basis of a single project, but on multiple projects, most of which succeed wildly.

There is nothing thuggish or illegal about it. Ethical? Not for outsiders to say.
