Trump's third term

"Gee, what outrageous thing can I say that will bump the Signal fiasco out of the headlines?"

How about this? It killed 700,000 Americans:

Under our Constitution he can't run for President nor Vice-President. I don't know about if he is elected Speaker of the House and then both the President and Vice-President resign. Heard one doesn't even need to be a Representative to become Speaker.

Seems a more straightforward solution would be to have one of his kids succeed him to set up a puppet presidency like we had under Biden.

There was no puppet presidency until this one where Elon Musk is the President and Trump is just a figurehead.

And you bit own harder.
Working as intended.
No, Trump is serious about a third term. This is a man who incited an insurrection when he lost an election.

Linkie. Educate yourself.
I am educated hoss. A white paper from a former law clerk of Clarence Thomas is not going to get it. For instance, from the paper itself,

So how could it be that Populopolous was elected Vice-President in 2028? She secured that office because, in the run-up to the election, the Supreme Court issued a ruling—relying heavily on this Article—that rejected the idea that twice-before-elected Presidents are ineligible for the vicepresidency, either in general or by way of election.
Damn, the dude had to come up with an imaginary SCOTUS ruling, based on his very paper, and then he even goes counter to that ruling. Flippin ridiculious.

"The threats and insinuations no doubt thrill his base, but there is no constitutional basis for the current president to try to serve as president after two elected terms,"

MSN

SCOTUS declared that anything a president does as an official act cannot be prosecuted

So Trump declares a National Emergency, suspends the 2028 election and refuses to leave office, for the good of the country

Will Pam Blondie follow Mike Pence’s example and enforce the Constitition or will she remain loyal to Trump??

We know the answer
Dumbass, that is an illegal act as there is no lawful way to suspend an election as the states run the elections. You are full of dhit as always. Get your head out of your ass!

As partisan as he was, Bill Barr never would have supported the Constitution over what Trump demands.

Pam Blondie was selected because she is loyal to Trump above all
She would never order the Justice Dept to remove Trump.
Everyone takes an oath of office to support and defend the Constitution, not the President. I know oaths mean nothing to libs because you lie all the time.

SCOTUS tells us a President can’t be liable for illegal acts done as an official act

States run the election
Trump calls for the 2028 election to be suspended
Enough Red States follow his direction so that the winner can’t get 270 EVs

Trump remains President

Democrats have always conducted a peaceful transition of power

Trump refused

Why would he do it this time?

Will Trump have to run for his third term...or can he just stay in office and appoint himself? I'm thinking if he puts in his dream team in the military, that will allow him to stay in the White House. Without the military you can't be a good dictator.
Honestly he's just trolling them and keeping them off message. They need to stop falling for it.
