The cash Obama returned was Iranian money, prepaid for ships we failed to deliver.
The World Court was insisting we repay.
Obama had no choice in the matter.
It was theft to even delay that long, since the money had been paid for the ships in 1979.
Keeping the money was criminal.
Nor is Iran guilty of terrorism.
The US is the one attacking everyone, so retaliation is not terrorism, but justice.
