Trump’s Most Lawless Action Yet

Trump ~~~ cannot limit, halt, or refuse to carry out spending authorized and appropriated by Congress
Why didn't you raise this stink when Biden signed the EO that halted construction of the wall and sold the materials that had already been acquired?

That is apples and oranges!
  • Trump refusing to carry out Congressional spending is an impeachable offense! Democrats refusing to carry out their president's mandates is merely opposing pure evil.
  • Congress never allocated funding for the border wall. Democrats said we could not afford the 20 billion. Then Joe Biden spent 200 billion on Ukraine. Plus democrats spent another 20 billion importing and supporting illegal aliens.
  • Actually, when Congress would not commit the funds, Trump redirected several billion from some military contract to pay for the border wall.
  • Lastly, democrats are just throwing mud now hoping to see if anything sticks. They need to build the case hoping to justify another impeachment of Trump, if not in the Congress, at least in the popular press.

“It does not matter what executive action Trump takes; he cannot limit, halt, or refuse to carry out spending authorized and appropriated by Congress and signed into law.

This action is willful and deliberate. It is designed to pick a fight over spending, and relies on fanciful theories that would render Congress a vestigial organ in the governmental order. It means to nullify the congressional spending power by presidential fiat. And it hopes to spark litigation whereby the judiciary assents to that transfer of power, emasculating itself in the process.”

Trump’s contempt for the rule of law is absolute – with his lawlessness and corruption Trump continues to demonstrate he’s unfit to be president.
It's a pause you lunatic. Could you please post the part of the Constitution that states the tax payer has to fund any of this shit, that would be great.

At least he was smart enough to not burn his hand on the Bible.

Because when John Roberts started, there was no bible there. Melania wasn't even in place yet.

"Vice President JD Vance first took the oath of office from Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Vance placed his hand on a Bible his wife, Usha Vance, was holding.
Then, Roberts stepped up to administer the presidential oath to Trump. Roberts moved quickly, and Trump stepped forward. Roberts instructed Trump to raise his right hand while Melania Trump was still standing near her seat. He did not wait for her to reach Trump’s side before starting.
Trump started repeating the oath as Melania came up next to him with the Bibles. Trump kept his eyes on Roberts and did not acknowledge the Bibles, He kept his left hand at his side as he repeated the 35-word oath."

So if you have such an issue with Trump not putting his hand on the bible, your beef is with Roberts, not Trump.

What? Another one? Oh Goodie! And here I thought they were ALL equally lawless!!

Don't bet your life on it. Then again, go ahead.

Kinda like Joe pardoning his whole family against nothing.

I'd expect you're an expert on vestigial organs! :dunno:

And yet here you are stuck with him another four years and he is just getting started. Better buckle up, Bucky.

Dude! The Darth Vader song? 😆

Hey, what could be more fitting for the way the Left now see Trump?

Trump is here to grind the Imperial Rebellion into dust.

What are the consequences of Trump ignoring the law?

We get a lecture from something called "prospect.org" about legal challenges after the freaking Biden administration tangled up Trump and his supporters with frivolous legal challenges for four years. No surprise here.

There's likely gonna be a lot of defunding by Congress anyway, so moot point.

That's really gonna be a kick in your nuts, Jones.

And you know it, too.

Heh heh heh...

Already a thread on this E.O.

It's temporary. They are just finding out which programs serve the public based on victimhood status.

If this program is not favoring one race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation? They will most likely get loans restored.

I figured you would know, but is A.I. working at a DNC troll farm considered a protected class?

You know, like because of the disadvantages faced on account of being non-corporeal?

Biden showed Trump how to do it. Make questionable EO's and let them play out in the courts. Meanwhile, you will hopefully accomplish what you wanted before it actually plays out in the courts. If it makes it all the way up to the Supreme Court and they rule against you, just ignore the SC's decision, like Biden did.

But but da rule of law!

So cute how democrats pretend to honor the law then defend Biden forgiving billions in student loans AFTER SCOTUS ruled it illegal to do so. Then when you try to get a straight answer out of a fag democrat explaining this, they can only come up with "But Drumph! Jan 6th! Insurrection!"
