The state that I currently reside in is going to start reopening but that it will be a slow process. We have regular updates from the governor who is working with the hospitals in the state. They are working for two plans. One is the the reopening and the other is a resurgence. They are targeting the nursing homes which is where 1/3 of our deaths are happening. We have mobilized testing. We have, according to said governor, more than enough ventilators.

The governor based it on Trumps but was told, like all of the other states, that they needed to base their decisions on what was going down in their state.

I'm telling ya'll to watch the governors because you will see them running for prez later on down the road.
