The 14th amendment is not conditional on parents' status, it grants citizenship unconditionally on anyone born here. It was last challenged in 1898.
I'm not discussing other executive orders, they have their place and I accept that. The US has every right to deny citizenship unless the parents meet some conditions (like in Britain) but that's a constitutional amendment and there's a process for that.
Any executive order that attempts to remove rights already granted by the constitution is a dereliction of duty by the President. He has just sworn to defend the constitution and a few hours later he attacks the constitution, THAT is what I am arguing about, not the merits or otherwise of restrictions I really couldn't care less about them.
If the ******* braindead republicans want to apply restrictions to the 14th amendment, then there's a process for doing that, the country doesn't need a ******* drama queen like Trumpty Dumpty making a huge circus out of it so he just can just try to insinuate he's a victim which is all he's done all his life, all of this shit is attention seeking, trouble making by a 78 year old petulant cuɲt with a mental age of 14.
What we are seeing here is a grave danger, it is an abuse of power, an attempt to use an already biased SCOTUS to circumvent a democratic process that is already very well defined.
