Trump will announce end of birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants, officials say

Wouldn't this at some point in time require a certification at birth? As it is now, all that is recorded is date and place of birth and parents names and place of residence. There is no determination based in citizen status because of the assumption of citizenship based on what is primarily a custom here. That and internal enforcement makes this difficult if not impossible, We have done it this way for so long we are institutionalized, while nearly every other nation doesn't do this.
  • Child’s full name, including first, middle, and last names
  • Child’s place of birth: city, country, and state
  • Date of birth, which can also include the time
  • Child’s gender
  • Details about the birth: single birth, twins, triplets, etc.
  • Father’s full name
  • Birth date and location of the father
  • Mother’s full name, including maiden name if married
  • Birth date and location of the mother
  • City, country, and state of residence of the birth parents

He wants it reviewed by SCOTUS.
Then ******* ASK SCOTUS and wait for their answer before creating all the chaos and complications for every county in the United ******* States which is just a total waste of time and energy of thousands of people, by a president who claims to care about efficiency.

Trump's just a trouble maker, the most inefficient mother ****** I've ever seen leading a country.

I think we all agree that Trump isn't a saint here and sometimes he makes mistakes. Like I said before, I don't know much about this, but the left has definitely been abusing this amendment to no ends so I'm guessing that's the loophole here in regards to the US Constitution.

The "left" ???

In a landmark case in 1898, the court ruled that a man called Wong Kim Ark born in California to Chinese immigrants could claim citizenship. This legal interpretation has held for the last century.

SCOTUS already ruled and it was 130 years ago now, nobody has "abused" anything. The proper thing to do is to seek to amend the constitution, there's a democratic process defined for that but Trump hates democracy.

The way ro ask ia to get it into the courts

Yeah!! They've been using it as an excuse to keep people who illegally came into this country here permanently.
That's not what the 14th amendment is about, it simply grants citizenship at birth. It says nothing about parents or their status.

You got your citizenship through that same amendment!

The best data you have is approaching 9 years old? That's like admitting we have no clue. That was long ago and now irrelevant.

Even more now. Not sure why you choose to refute it. You are all over the map politically. Maybe you just enjoy playing the contrarian.

Nice try but neither of my parents are illegal immigrants. You talk as the Constitution hasn't been ratified before and after what Biden did to it you shouldn't be the one to talk. Trump had to sign an EO to allow free speech in America again because the Biden/Harris administration totally screwed that part up along with the whole entire country.

15th post
You won't do it because you know it is a lie.
It’s funny how thinkers are constantly required to post proof but lib wishers and feelers Never are.
Thread title complimentary to 1/6 releases gets booted But one declaring it an impeachable act is of course still front and center.
