Trump wants $230,000,000.00 from the US taxpayer.

If they could they would have. They failed to do that...
They only failed because Trump was able to use lawfare to stall the investigation long enough to get elected and be protect from all crimes by presidential immunity.

It's just like Trump shooting somebody on 5th avenue.

As long as he's president, you can't touch him.

Now he's pretending the government wouldn't have convicted him, and thus it was an improper prosecution.

Stall the investigation? They indicted him?? What were they still investigating??

They should of been ready for trial but trump, like any defendant, for discovery and raised legal questions and a defense
…he won

How very fascist of you to think a defendant should get the chance to defend themselves against your regime

However Hur concluded xiden not only willfully retained classified documents illegally, he also disclosed for profit some of it
Absolutely false. Hur found no such thing.
The fact that Biden gave all the documents back as soon as he found out he had them, disproves willful retention.

That's just a simple fact.

If you need an example of the willful or intentional requirements for prosecution, look up if anybody was prosecuted for statutory rape, or producing child pornography in the Traci Lords case.

Trump has his hand picked judge (Eileen Cannon) improperly running interference for him. Requiring the appointment of a special master, when none was needed (according to the appellate division) and was completely improper (as in judicial spanking) that she delayed the case.

holy shit your ignorance is amazing, or is it just cult blindness and your frog suit, unicorn king fantasy land you’ve been living in?

Xiden willfully retained classified documents and disclosed some of them to a book publisher…where is got a six figure advance

You’ve been shown this before dembot, why do you ignore it? How can we have an honest convo with your dembots? It’s no wonder Jim jones hung around with dem leadership

The special master has nothing to do with smith being illegally appointed.

You are really clueless on this topic

What you leave out is Trump was guilty as hell.
Not only did he steal TOP SECRET documents, he got others involved in hiding them , and had his lawyers lie that he didn't have any of the documents they later found when they raided his home.
I agree but his sycophants don’t, so I just take it out of the argument and press them on his absurd reaction

You don't get it both ways either. Either taking TOP SECRET documents out of secure places and storing them in your home is illegal for everyone or it's not.
Ruminations about intent. Many governments t officials end up with documents they shouldn’t have after they leave office. Prosecutors have the discretion to determine whether there was criminal intent and whether there is a legal case to prosecute. There are major differences between trumps case and Biden’s as I pointed out

Biden didn't disclose "documents", he disclosed parts of a "diary".

Read it again.

Well actually in the United States, when not under a demafasict regime, people are innocent until proven otherwise. Xiden admin couldn’t prove anything, heck they didn’t even seek an indictment until he announced he was running, then they illegally appointed Jack smith to try and keep him from winning

Trump is America’s Mandela

Comey and biden were guilty of crimes that are prosecuted by the government all the time

Trump was ensnared in a kangaroo court run by his politicsl enemies
Haha, technically trumps the only one of those three who has been found guilty ins m actual court. You’re living in a different reality

It wouldn't be a constitutional crisis. A private citizen in possession of classified materials, who refused to give them back. And who no longer had any reason to be in possession of them.

A simple case of "lock him up."
Ask former Gen. Petraeus whether refusal to give documents back is a factor in being charged with retaining classified material.

One set of rules for Biden and the Clintons, another for Trump and Petraeus.

He just wrote all the classified material into his “diary” and turned jt over for money

Not uncommon from what Aldrich Ames did

Sure. One's a Dem and the other a Trump.

Take the money from the Clinton foundation and sell Obama's cost over run library.....
It was their fault all of this lawfare happened...

They should ask for as much as they want. I’ve seen huge numbers

Doesn’t mean you always get what you ask for

Moreover not everyone is in the same position

If a doctor gets slandered does he not lose more then say a guy bagging groceries?
That’s a good point. Perhaps a concept that highlights some of the injustices within our legal system. A doctor may lose his job but is still driving around in his Mercedes. The guy bagging groceries loses his job and likely can’t make rent. Think about it. Who is suffering a bigger loss?

Trump’s refusal to return the documents only makes it worse for him.

It definitely means he isn’t owed hundreds of millions of dollars from the taxpayers.

I hope to remind you of your position comes the James/Comey case.

The fact trump and his legal team was actively working with the NA, and xiden and Clinton never even thought to notify them of documents, in Xiden’s case some decades later. ‘Makes it worse for him.

Each was notified when they left office to turn it over…they didn’t
