I disagree that would not lead to regime change and it would embolden the Iranians to support even more terrorism. Like or not we are stuck there for a while. Let's hope trump gets armaments up quickly because the Iranian leadership won't disappear until we bomb infrastructure and make life miserable for all of them like Russia is trying to do in the Ukraine. The important difference is 80% of the Iranian people do not support their own government. It will fall sooner if they endure some more hardship.
