China said they wouldnt discuss the trade war until Trump lifted the tariffs. The tariffs are currently at 145% and China agreed to meet for talks. China caved, not Trump. Thats just a fact.

I am in the restaurant industry so we were deemed essential and I continued to work even though we cut staff immensely due to no diners in the restaurants allowed
