Most of my family and friends took the vaccine and no one who took it experienced any unexpected side effects.

My sister, with all sorts of “underlying conditions” managed to survive Covid twice, because of the vaccines, and the same experimental treatment Donald Trump received when he got it.

While she was sicker and slower to recover than her husband, she wasn’t hospitalized nor did she get long Covid.

The great benefit of the vaccines for those who did get it anyway was that it kept them out of the hospital, and they recovered faster.

The biggest problem with Trump’s failure to effectively manage the pandemic response and his decision to let the virus run free for “herd immunity”, is that it mutated quickly, reducing vaccine effectiveness in preventing infection, but was still effective in keeping people out of the hospital.
