One is strictly for lowering tariffs on beef from Argentina, one is for all Chinese meat products costing more due to tariffs.

It gives Farmers and Ranchers time to replenish their stock. Cattle breed, it's what they do. 9-1/2 Month gestation period and at least another year before they're ready for market. Call it two years.

With the pressure on the Market, Cattle Herds were being dimished before they had time to replensih their stock because --
