Problem with your theory, it will take years if not decades to move to Vietnam and Indomnesia...

No one is going to take that investment on with an erratic President who can change whims on who buys him his last Aeroplane...

I don't think ye understand the conditions needed for investment like that and China has the type of money for that kind of investment...

Also, US isn't the only game in town... US represents 15% of global imports, about the same as EU, about the same as CTTPP,.... So while china would get a hit for 15%, they still would have 85% of global market left... But moreimportntly, that would be the stable market, not volatile one on the whims of a guy who likes to take bribes..

Why do you say that? The nation isn't too proud to take a brand new 747 gift. Maybe Boeing looks bad for not meeting delivery commitments?
Boeing has two 747 in the desert that Russia cancelled, don't know if Qatar bought one of those?
Boeing has two 747 on order since 2015 to replace the two old 747s that are currently used as AF-1, so why is it taking Boeing so long to deliver them? They were promised for 2022, now its 2027. Trump wants a new 747 NOW, maybe the Qatar 747 can be used until the new Boeing 747s are finally delivered.
