I do not blame Billionaires for wanting to make money. I know very few, truly rich people, but the few I have met, seemed pretty normal at the time. The problem is the House, Senate and Presidency, historically caving to the demands of the big donors, making policy favoring the big donors, to feather their political nests, in order to continue to profit from big donors. The problem is the people we elect and allow to manipulate, and then re-elect. The only answer is term limits, 2 terms in house, 2 terms in Senate and strict control of capped election advertising dollars spent, with no out of state money allowed. My grandad said, you never go wrong by voting out the incumbent. His favorite joke was that Washington politicians were just like baby diapers, needing to be changed regularly and sometimes ahead of schedule, for the same reason. The are full of sht. 50 year mortgage is a bad idea. You should run the math on the cost of that loan compared to 30 year. Owning vs renting isn't worth it, and renters do not care about property values.
