Why would an adult be excited about averaging 2.89% after inflation broke in June 2022, after living through the 1974 to early Reagan inflations ranging from 9.3% to 14.78%. Were you so lacking in economics, you thought it would be back the half a percent range Trump inherited from Obama, after 2 trillion in free money from Trump and 1.9 in free money from Biden? Sorry. Not how economic works. No better time to raise prices than after a nationwide free money sugar rush. Personally, I was debt free and planned to stay that way, so mine went in the bank. Everybody loves free money, but there is no free lunch, you just pay for it later. Another thing about money, is it is not affected by gravity. No matter how much you freely poor on the bottom, it always flows to the top.Learn to read a chart before commenting on something you obviously do not understand. Take some calculus to make you understand the area under the curve.
What would happen if money flowed the other direction? From the hands of intelligent ambitious people to the hands of bottom feeding illiterate degenerates?Another thing about money, is it is not affected by gravity. No matter how much you freely poor on the bottom, it always flows to the top.
If done constantly it would be some form of extreme socialism, instead of the dabbling in socialism while supporting and favoring capitalism as the driving economic force, we have always favored. It would produce a society of the laziest, dumbest sonsabitches the world has ever seen, while it lasted. Sooner or later, the money does run out, though. What would happen if money flowed the other direction? From the hands of intelligent ambitious people to the hands of bottom feeding illiterate degenerates?

You absolute moron. Less inflation didn’t mean prices were dropping, they were going up slower than the gigantic peak that is already on the board before the next inflation numbers weren’t quite as high. Every ******* purple area in your chart is prices increasing. For **** sakes learn some damn math.
in other words the constitution doesn't support Marxism ..An therein lies the problem. The original nations, blacks and women were excluded from this conference. Meaning that the validity of this document can be questioned because not everyone at that time agreed to the terms.
food prices were not falling under Biden ! they went sky high under Biden ! if Trump cant fix the skyrocketed costs of living caused by YOUR party the right will take a serious beating in the midterms because the average American voter has a very short memory ..They were falling under Biden again, after inflation dropped. Trump is the one that ran on getting food prices down, of course that is before he decided to be the tariff tax king. Now everything is going up, except farmer's profits, which are dropping like a rock, just like last time he was in office, when he had to bail them out, again destroying markets.
food prices arent included in the inflation rate .. food prices under Biden went up much higher than overall inflation !You mean sworn in in Jan 2021. Inflation peaked June 2022 and dropped precipitously afterward until Sept 2024 after he dropped out? Show me a chart that say different.

He has a pretty good team I'd say.
They went sky high and then started declining again. Of course, where you are, you could have be continually screwed with prices that never dropped. Here it was the ratchet effect, where they went up, settled, but never as cheap as before. I don't know about yours, but ours have been going up again this year, and getting worse. I am certain part of it is tariff related. Some could be farm labor related. I assure you, the Independent voters are not the cause of skyrocketed or skyrocketing prices. Most of that is the result of the Trump (2.1 Trillion) and Biden (1.9 Trillion) stimulus money dumps, which directly caused the inflation ratchet in the first place. Free money gets paid for, sooner or later. Of course Tump was going to fix the food prices on day one, but like ending the Ukraine war, just hasn't worked out. But, on the other hand, Trump says his tariffs have generated $2 Trillion Dollars of tax money for the government, so far this year. So, I don't see prices leveling or coming down anytime soon. After all, when you raise the costs of good sold, prices do go up.food prices were not falling under Biden ! they went sky high under Biden ! if Trump cant fix the skyrocketed costs of living caused by YOUR party the right will take a serious beating in the midterms because the average American voter has a very short memory ..
Is that the greatest commercial for that company's weight loss drugs or what?
Is everybody aware, the guy that passed out is a weight loss patient, taking the drugs, trump was talking about?
Yes, this is very symbolic of what is going on in Trump's America.

It's crazy but suddenly Republicans don't understand how business works. They went sky high and then started declining again. Which is because you are a stupid human being.Biden sucked. Trump sucks. I don’t see much difference.
It’s the way of the uniparty.
I'm not sure how Food would be affected by Tariffs. Coffee, maybe. Bananas and other tropical imports like Kiwi and Macadamia nuts. They went sky high and then started declining again. No. STFU!Which is because you are a stupid human being.
Go. Away.
Please, just go away. Nobody wants you around
I hear you. You have no choice. If your business model calls for your Return On Investment to be a certain amount to make book, pay bills, keep stock and pay salaries, you can maintain margins or fail your business plan, how much, depends on survivability. If you can get by on less profit, you might, but you do so, realizing the government just took away 10% or more from your business model, hoping you can and will eat the loss. It is just like an additional Federal tax, directly impending the cost of goods sold, and at a whim of one man, who may assign a tariffs, based on nothing more than personal grievance, to fill government coffers, in order to continue tax breaks for high income earners and large corporations, picking winners and losers in the marketplace. I wonder how he would like it, if somebody raised his taxes by 10%.It's crazy but suddenly Republicans don't understand how business works.
Now I don't know how companies have been able to keep prices down as much as they have this year. Laying people off instead? Automating? They stocked up before tariffs went into place? Shrinkflation? But make no mistake prices are going up. We keep talking about gas and groceries. I sell aftermarket manufacturing stuff. Trump slapped the stuff I sell with a 10% tariff. UK stuff. There is no way that cost increase isn't going to trickle down to the consumers. No freakin way.
Corporate America must love Trump because if Biden or Kamala did this they would have jacked up the prices and told everyone it was because of them. Amazon was going to put what tariffs are costing consumers and Trump threatened them so they decided against doing that.
Forget gas and groceries. When you go to buy a washing machine, dish washer, hot water heater, EVERYTHING is up because of Trump.
Yesterday on Bill Maher Bill O'Reilly was bringing up the $35 hamburger in California. Bill Maher asked him what's wrong with America when some people can afford to pay $35 for a burger and so many can't pay their bills.
Many chemicals, fertilizers and supplies to farmer producing our food, have heavy overseas components, not to mention modern operational equipment and repair parts from overseas, even on equipment assembled here in the US. That is how farm produce is effected. There is no getting away from the effects of tariffs on production.I'm not sure how Food would be affected by Tariffs. Coffee, maybe. Bananas and other tropical imports like Kiwi and Macadamia nuts.
But our staples like Milk, Bread, Butter, Beef, Pork, Chicken etc, etc are all home-produced.
What made Food costs rise before was The Dollar losing value and Sponge Brains Shits Pants giving away billions of dollars worth of Food Stamps to illegals.
Trump did fix the food prices on day one, the results just haven't manifested themselves to your liking yet. Didn't we just have a thread on how much cheaper Thanksgiving dinner is this year? No? I think so.
Correll keeps asking me why I'm not giving Trump credit for at least trying. Sorry but trying is what an idiot does. We shouldn't be electing a guy who doesn't know what he's doing. Or who doesn't listen. I'm sure lot of people told him not to slap tariffs on the entire globe all at once and then negotiate with everyone from there. Wreak havoc on the global economy.I hear you.
