Yes I amSo now you guys are accusing Stormy Daniels of committing a felony.
How nice.
So why did he pay her?
Doesn't matter. It's not illegal to give someone money.
However, it is illegal:
WW
- To make illegal campaign contributions (cash or "in kind"), and
- To falsify business records to hide/aid in the commission of #1.
It isn't an illegal "campaign contribution" at all.
Even if it is deemed a "campaign contribution", there was no limit to what President Trump was allowed to contribute to his campaign.
At worst it was a "bean counting " mistake, committed by President Trump's legal advisor in the matter, Mike Cohen, whose duty it was to make sure that the alleged payoff was made from the correct account so it met the regulation.
This case is over. She signed the letter stating she never had an affair with Trump. Here it is below.

Was she lying then or lying now? In either case it would be perjury.
Uh huh. And Trump is just silent about it. Okay.Yes I am
What’s smack talk? I posted the truth.LOL I love smack talkers that whine. You are a hoot "Yes, you’ve been making shit up from the beginning."
He didn't. Michael Cohen did.
Yep, and we’re gonna do it again until you libs get it through your thick skulls….We didn’t make you elect Trump. You did that on your own, mostly out of spite.
Not now. From the beginning.

Ok, let’s say that everything is the way you say it is. How many corporate executives in the State of New York have gotten anything more than a fine for that?Cohen's in-kind contribution very much was, it was a crime he was convicted for and went to jail.

Using the personal funds of the candidate - FEC.gov
Federal Election Commission rules defining the personal funds of a candidate. Learn how the candidate may spend, contribute or loan unlimited personal funds to the candidate's campaign for federal office, and how this is reported.www.fec.gov
Correct, a candidate can make unlimited contributions (both cash and in-kind).
However (you knew there was going to be a however right?) the law requires them to report such contributions and they become part of campaign reporting under campaign finance laws.
Having a fixer lawyer, pay off a porn star, just days before the election, hiding the transactions from the campaign finance people, then committing felony falsification of business records ...
..... ..... ..... Isn't a "bean counting" mistake. It's criminal activity and a coordinated effort.

Poly’s are inadmissible…Trump should take a Polygraph to show that for once, he is not lying.
She claimed they had an affair. He's denied it. She accepted $150K to keep her mouth shut. What about Karen McDougall. She and Trump had a long affair. She apologized to Melania.
Never said I was…I don’t hide from the fact that I am a partisan Constitutional Conservative…it is liberals, more often, ashamed to accept their name of liberals…it is good you can finally admit you are no different than they are.
it is a good first step
