First of all, she waited over 20 years to make the complaint, that is way too long.
The courts do not allow criminal charges after so long, and should not allow civil ones either.
Normal statute of limitations is 3 years.
In fact, not reporting a sexual predator itself is criminal.

Second is that she presented no evidence, either of any actual touching, or of any damage.

Third is that she offered to pose nude in order to model lingerie, which pretty much destroys her entire case.

The only reason any jury could have ruled against Trump in this case had to be political bias.
