The Truth is "Defendant" Trump's worst enemy

What Barack Obama did in 2016 was FAR worse than anything that Richard Nixon did with Watergate!
What an idiotic thing to say.
Then what the left tried to do to Trump this last election made what Barry did look like child's play. You SHOULD be ashamed but in your little bubble world, the end always justifies the means!
You have no idea what you’re talking about. You’re just told to be outraged.

That meeting that Obama had where he told John Brennan to go ahead and knee cap Trump's incoming administration with the Russia...Russia...Russia hoax was FAR worse than covering up a petty break in. Obama literally tried to subvert the will of the voters. He knew that Trump won fair and square but he refused to admit it. Barack Obama decided to lead a behind the scenes coup of an incoming President!

Unanimous trial felony convictions x34 counts results in 34 separate Class E felony convictions.

But they were misdemeanors. They were also beyond the statute of limitations.

In the State of New York, Falsifying Business Records in the 1st Degree is a felony offense. To wit:

§ 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree. A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof. Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.
§ 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree.

Sounds serious! Who did he intend to defraud? What was the other crime?

I would suggest that you peruse the trial transcript. The concept is not that difficult to grasp. The jury had no problem understanding what falsifying business records in the first degree consists of. They voted unanimously to return a guilty verdict on all 34 counts. Thus, Donald Trump is a convicted felon x34.

That's awful! But not a crime.

Trump is an awful person.

Well then, it shouldn't be difficult for you to explain what the other crime was.

I see the Dems tank is dry and they are back to their fake ass kangaroo court nonsense. Unluckydumbass starts a desperation thread on it.

Here's how effective the Dems Kangaroo court attacks on Trump were...Trump stormed back into the White House with an historic victory winning 312 electoral votes, ALL swing states every last one of them AND the Dems precious 'popular vote'.

The jury returned the verdict they did because a biased judge's jury instructions. That "trial" was a stain on America's judicial system! New York should be ashamed of themselves!

S Words are cheap and mean nothing. How much are you willing to "bet" on that? Give me an amount. I will take your bet!

Oh, and by the way, even if you are right, that ueddoesn't retract from the fact made in the OP that Trump is a CRIMINAL!
It is as likely that the statute under which she sued be be struck down.

I'm surprised that Trump hasn't gone to the SC and tried to have the whole thing reversed for violating his 6th Amendment rights. Part of a person's rights is for notifications of criminal accusations. From your link:

§ 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree. According to the 6th Amendment, Trump had the right to be informed during the trial what the other crime he was allegedly concealing or what other crime he had the intent of committing. I don't think that DA Bragg ever mentioned what the other crime was. Without that, how does a jury prove beyond reasonable doubt a person was concealing a crime or intended to commit another crime?

What Todd is asking is for YOU to show the other crime? The fact that you're avoiding answering the question shows that you don't have a clue what the 2nd crime was. I mean, for as much as democrats tried to make hay out of this, this should be an easy question to answer. You made the claim; you go look at the transcript.

Also, like someone else said, Trump wound up sweeping the swing states, winning the national popular vote and became President again. At the end of it all for the 2024 election, who got the bigger W, Trump or Bragg?

You did not reply to the OP but just to one of the items on the OP. As such, answer this question:

"Even if you are right, that doesn't retract from the fact made in the OP that Trump is a CRIMINAL!", right?

Are you talking to yourself again? Do you need help? Reminds me of gollum.

once again (as expected from you), you attack the messenger because you do not want to accept the fact that Trump is a criminal but do not have a way to dispute that fact, so you debase me as your answer.

You are so predictable that even a baby can see through your bias and dumbness.

Do you have even the slightest ability to do research? or even a desire to do so?

Heck, I went to google and asked it to show what other crime was intended to be done by Trump's falsifying business records and I got more than 10 pages (over 150 links) of replies to the question

Here is an example of the answer that was found everywhere:

The "Other Intent" of Crime

Under New York law, falsifying business records is typically a misdemeanor, but it is elevated to a felony if committed to conceal another crime. The prosecution argued that Trump falsified the records with the intent to commit, aid, or conceal one or more of the following: [1, 2, 3]
  1. Violation of New York Election Law: An illegal scheme to promote his candidacy by unlawful means (hush money payments made to silence a person).
  2. Federal Campaign Contribution Violations: The payments made to Daniels were deemed excessive contributions to the 2016 Trump campaign.
  3. Tax Law Violations: The reimbursement to Cohen was structured to mischaracterize the true nature of the payments for tax purposes.
All of this was given to Trump and his lawyers from the very beginning.

He was found guilty of both the falsifying records and "intent" to hide them for other purposes

Violation of New York Election Law: An illegal scheme to promote his candidacy by unlawful means (hush money payments made to silence a person).
Hush money isn't a crime.

Federal Campaign Contribution Violations: The payments made to Daniels were deemed excessive contributions to the 2016 Trump campaign.

It wasn't a campaign contribution.

Tax Law Violations: The reimbursement to Cohen was structured to mischaracterize the true nature of the payments for tax purposes.

The NDA payments were fully tax deductible. The legal fees paid to Cohen were fully tax deductible.
There was no difference in tax liability to the feds

He was found guilty of both the falsifying records and "intent" to hide them for other purposes

Hiding them wasn't a crime because the other purposes weren't a crime either.

100% on all of that.

Marener is 100% unreachable by facts.

Just the judges jury instructions are enough to overturn it on appeal.

2 and 1/2 years is not long to suffer from TDS. Why are the dimwits always attempting to rewrite history instead of attempting to plan for the future? :banghead: These lame duck tactics of attacking Trump is accomplishing nothing in stopping the RED WAVE taking place across the nation. The dimwits are as always, hovering over the wrong target. Free rent by Mr. Trump in the brains of dimwits. The dummycrats have no house, no senate and no presidency.....with all their gerrymandering going to waste.

JD VANCE learn it, practice it, how it sounds with Mr. President in front of the name. :abgg2q.jpg::banghead:
