If you get real stats from Police Departments, Fire Departments, First Responders,Paramedics and EMT's, Inner city and City hospitals, Municipal records you will find out the reality. This hinders people from being educated or makes its vastly harder to get one. Most of the teenage ladies no matter where they are from if poorer find it massively harder to get out of their situation as they are single moms. The green line is black, non-hispanic. 70% of babies born out of wedlock. The blue line is white. Just over 30% of babies born out of wedlock. So yeah, if you add up TOTAL numbers, it's all skewed because blacks are a minority. But if you look at percentages, you have a problem in family life.

New research confirms what black education reformers have always known: The success of black students lies not in school integration, but in more black teachers and black-led charter schools committed to their achievement and well-being.

The study, issued last month by researchers at Johns Hopkins University, found that low-income black students who have just one black teacher in grades 3-5 are more likely to graduate and consider college, their likelihood of dropping out reduced by 29 percent. This is especially true for low-income black boys, whose dropout rates fall by a whopping 39 percent when a black teacher leads the class.
