Trump is wavering on Iran.

Sure undeclared “war” which isn’t a war

Glad the court agrees
It's a WAR (legal state of)

The Supreme Court Prize Cases (1863), the Court reinforced that when the President acts in response to foreign aggression, a formal declaration of war is not required to establish a legal state of war

Nah man an undeclared war is not a legal state of war

Wait, so you are saying by citing that case that Trump is responding to foreign aggression and no declaration is needed? Then why did you call it trumps war?

It's a legal state of war.
Which is why the War powers act kicks in. To limit how much of a war the president can fight, before having to get the approval from congress.
And Trump hasn't gotten the approval from congress to continue a war past 60 days (with another 30 days to withdraw)
