There are four large ports on Caspian Coast of Iran: Caspian Port, Nowshahr Port, Amirabad Port, Anzali Port, and you highly unlikely are able to destroy them all without using nuclear weapons. And even with nukes, Iran will rebuild them in less then one month.

What is even more important, Anzali Port in Gylan, is "Persian Harbin" - Russian gates in Persia. You bomb it and Russians are very disappointed, and you don't want to have Russia very disappointed, because first thing they likely will do - they will deploy their strategic forces in Persia and give Persians nukes.
