Trump hit with criminal charges in New York, a first for a US ex-president -New York Times

""President Trump is still liable for everything he did while in office," "He didn't get away with anything Yet. We have a Criminal justice system in this country. We have Civil litigation.""
-Mitch McConnell after voting not to impeach. (The Senate voted 57-43 TO impeach, but not 2/3)

In Russia they simply imprison and / or murder their opponents, all of them. This is a charge against a politician who chose very devious methods all along. There's a huge difference. No one, with the possible exception of trump, wants to be dictator for life.
Nonsense, nearly all politicians want to be dictator for life: it's the default. Modern democratic systems prevent that and prevent corrupt election takeovers, unless it's a banana republic, like the United States is.

And you base this on?
:rofl::laughing0301:
As I said nov22 1963. Proof he is correct that an innocent person falsely accused of a crime vehemently denies false charges brought against him.only the stupid fuck brainwashed sheep STILL believe that farelytale our corrupt media and corrupt school system taught us in history class.:laughing0301:

The alleged "crime" is beyond the statute of limitations.
could be...? We don't know the charges yet, right??? We'll find out when Trump's legal team requests a motion to dismiss on those grounds from the judge assigned to the case....!!!

Georgia actually seems to be a much stronger case. Unfortunately, that may never see the light of day due to political interference from the state's GOP.

GA has a GOP governor. But Trump bad-mouthed him because he refused to overturn the election results. Gov Kemp will not save him.

 Stann as always gets his ass taken to the cleaners.:abgg2q.jpg:

I beg to differ. The Georgia is the one with the best proof. No go-between. There are recordings of Trump calling at least 2 high ranking GA officials trying to change the election results.
Sorry WB, but no such thing occurred, Trump wanted them to find more votes, not create them.

Ever wonder why it is taking them so long? It is because they have nothing.

There's a strong suspicion as to what they are....And neither Jonathan Turley nor the Dersh like the at all....You lose those two guys, and you don't have a cow chip.

Such drama …..

Indicting over paying off a porn star is the death of rule of law
I think he was referring to the weaponization of the law. If it was just about paying off people for sex…well hell, congress has a whole slush fund for exactly that, for themselves.

HOW DO THEY KNOW A FELONY IS INCLUDED IN A "STILL SEALED INDICTMENT"?
Grand juries don't sit for misdemeanors. I'm hearing 32 felony counts--we'll see soon.

This indictment is a gift from Democrats. Now his campaign contributions will increase significantly and he has become a folk hero.

Its also a kick in the nads to Christie, Hogan or whatever other Republicans might seek to primary the Trumpster for sure. Donald J. Trump is going to be sucking all of the air out of the room for the next year or longer and none of the above will be able to get any traction whatsoever. I'd be livid with the libs if I was Haley or any of them really.

Well that didn't take long, Dems lit the fuse on a political firestorm. The nation is rallying to Trump's defense. With the GOP control of the House it's war with corrupt Democrats!!
