Trump Has An Epic New Plan To Prevent Dems From Ever Taking Back The House

An American "Citizen" wasn't even recognized when the Constitution was written. They had no idea what a citizen was or wasn't.

The 14th Amendment tried to clear it up but they screwed that one up. Gave us birthright citizenship. One of the dumbest moves in human history.

We do need a new Amendment to clarify who is a Citizen and who isn't and to spell out who is counted in the Census. SCOTUS, being chickenshit scumbags, is too gutless to do what's right. They KNOW the 14th Amendment was intended for Freed Slaves and not for just anybody that squirted out a kid on our Land. But they're gutless cowards. Or downright Anti-American, take your pick.

As it stands today, A Chinese Sleeper cell of a Man and a Woman could be here for 20 years, set off a Nuke in Downtown Atlanta and if they have kids, they're all Citizens. Note the lack of a question mark.

People could be in this Country with the intent of waging War against us but if they squirt out a kid in the meanwhile, it's a Citizen. If Russia invades the US with 5 Million Troops and they have kids with each other (Russian Man, Russian Woman) while here, they're all citizens??

SCOTUS needs to address this shit. Bigly.

Under Biden, China could have sent 50-100 million across our border to populate deep blue states and to increase their representation(and overload our social services). Democrats would take over the House permanently and do everything in their power to continue to allow illegals to cross our borders and to support policies to fund social services for them. Under Democratic rule, they would eventually be given the right to vote. China wins, without firing a shot.

Democrats are naive enough to allow this to happen.

You crack me up.

At least you're good for something.

Cuz your political analysis ain't worth shit.
Well then show me where this data/fact proves YOUR point.

AI Overview

In recent decades, the influence of money in politics has significantly increased, particularly after the Citizens United v. FEC Supreme Court decision in 2010. This decision allowed for unlimited spending by corporations and unions in political campaigns through Super PACs, leading to a substantial rise in campaign costs and a greater role for wealthy donors. While money has always been a factor in elections, the current level of spending and its impact on policy decisions raises concerns about the voices of ordinary citizens being drowned out.

Under the Constitution all persons born here (except those not under the Jurisdiction of the United States - i.e. diplomates and diplomatic mission staff) are citizens.

Under Article I, Section 2 - Congress has the power to define naturalization.

Jus Soli isn't a "SCOTUS" fix, it's and amendment.

dimocraps are scum. Just look at them standing on the top of those still-warm childrens' bodies in Texas to try and score political points.

Nothing is beneath them. Nothing. I won't associate with a dimocrap voter. Don't want their stank around me.

Born here to people from here, you ******* retard.
The 14th Amendment was written with Black Americans at that time in mind and in the future going forward from there.
Nobody else. Nobody else at all and the Supreme Court has ruled on this.
This is settled, dipshit. As far as America is concerned. 😐

Is that what you want? one party rule? not how we set up our country? In the hope of balance?
That only one party will dictate for ALL of us???

That leaves out democrats.
Yeah, somehow they went with the "Lie, cheat, and steal" thing like gypsies. :dunno:
Probably because they need them some Jesus. :tomato:
Speaking of Jesus, I wonder if it was ever as hot and humid over there
in Israel while he was alive as it is here today in FL.
If God wasn't sending any rain, I think we'd burn slap up.
He gotta be about 108 with super humidity.
I ain't had many this hot ever in my life.
One time at my grandma's, one time in the summer playing ball in Dade,
and one time at my aunt's in Lee county. Today reminded me of the time I scorched my feet hotfooting it across 10 feet of blacktop.
To go get a Pepsi. Was not worth it.

Nice try.

The Constitution gives Congress the authority to determine how the census is conducted.

  • Clause 3 Seats
  • Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made, the State of New Hampshire shall be entitled to chuse three, Massachusetts eight, Rhode Island and Providence Plantations one, Connecticut five, New-York six, New Jersey four, Pennsylvania eight, Delaware one, Maryland six, Virginia ten, North Carolina five, South Carolina five, and Georgia three.
Does not say what you think it does. First there is that peaky "whole Number of Free Persons". Persons, not citizens. Your highlight is about how States go about conducting the Census, not who they count.

That's settled now. No, foreigners cannot just drop babies here and the babies are Americans even though they are foreign nationals. No. One or both has to be American for their offspring to be American.

Stephen Miller is spearheading a plan to shepherd through a new bill in the House/Senate that will ensure - going forward - only US citizens are counted in the Census.

This should add 12 seats into the GOP column.

That's about the future, the MAGA legacy.

In the meantime, TX and OH as redistricting in such a fashion that should provide Mike Johnson an extra six or seven seat firewall.

Happy Fourth MAGA, the future is looking bright.

1. The US Constitution would have to be amended for this armchair dipshit's idea to be implemented.

2. He's wrong about the number of seats which would change hands. Very, very wrong.

3. He's not a scientist. His specialty is guitar playing.

Real academics have studied this claim for a very long time, and they regularly debunk it.

Figure 1 depicts for each census the number of House seats each state would have gained or lost under the hypothetical situation in which undocumented residents were removed from census data used for apportionment. The data underlying these figures appear in Table S2. In general, California and Texas would lose seats under this hypothetical situation, and a variety of states would gain seats. In 1980 and 2020, only two seats would have switched states; in 2010, five seats would have switched states. These results are in stark contrast to recent claims that more than 20 seats would change hands if undocumented residents were removed from the data used for apportionment.

See Figure 1 here:

Texas and California would have each lost one seat in 2020, Ohio and New York would have gained a seat.

Can libs explain why illegals are being counted to begin with? You all have said they're not voting or using resources or getting public assistance so there's no need to count them.
Why were slaves counted, at 2/3s? They received no state or federal benefits, they could not vote....?

Incorrect.

The Supreme Court has not decided the issue of birthright citizenship yet.

Not until July 27th.

SCOTUS is gonna review that EO. I'm not gonna count on them doing what's right.
