You need to count illegals in the census because they effect urban planning, like sewage, utilities, roads, schools, etc.

Then, they have to decide whether to ask everyone, or just brown people, and will it be a simply yes or no question, or will a BC or passport be required? What if Mr. and Mrs. Whitepepo in Mississippi can't remember where their BCs are?

"This amendment which I have offered is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already, that every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States."

Stephen Miller is spearheading a plan to shepherd through a new bill in the House/Senate that will ensure - going forward - only US citizens are counted in the Census.

This should add 12 seats into the GOP column.

That's about the future, the MAGA legacy.

In the meantime, TX and OH as redistricting in such a fashion that should provide Mike Johnson an extra six or seven seat firewall.

The 14th Amendment changed slaves into whole persons.

It also unequivocally states that the "the whole number of persons in each State" shall be counted. Not citizens. Not non-slaves. The whole number of persons.

But best of all, Section 1 states, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

correct, hence why they are trying to get it added. If you had filled one out before then you know you don't have to provide any proof, your answers are however under penalty of perjury. So if they found out you lied, you'd be charged with a felony and prosecuted.....so if you are a noncitizen and lie, you are really risking a lot, including prison time, and then deportation

well, first it said citizens, but demklan representatives wouldn't support it, because they wanted their oppressed minorities counted. so they could ensure keep in power....we are seeing that again today.

No, that is now what I want. First and foremost,. I don't want our adversaries to take us over from within by invading us via immigration across our border. Secondly, Democrats need to stop supporting polices that allow just that. We can work out our differences from there.
