Why would anyone, other than for political gain, vote to give representation to those in the country illegally? Maybe the better question is why do citizens and non-illegals from some states vote for a party represents illegals? If they would not vote the way they do, there would still be no representation.

An American "Citizen" wasn't even recognized when the Constitution was written. They had no idea what a citizen was or wasn't.

The 14th Amendment tried to clear it up but they screwed that one up. Gave us birthright citizenship. One of the dumbest moves in human history.

We do need a new Amendment to clarify who is a Citizen and who isn't and to spell out who is counted in the Census. SCOTUS, being chickenshit scumbags, is too gutless to do what's right. They KNOW the 14th Amendment was intended for Freed Slaves and not for just anybody that squirted out a kid on our Land. But they're gutless cowards. Or downright Anti-American, take your pick.

As it stands today, A Chinese Sleeper cell of a Man and a Woman could be here for 20 years, set off a Nuke in Downtown Atlanta and if they have kids, they're all Citizens. Note the lack of a question mark.

People could be in this Country with the intent of waging War against us but if they squirt out a kid in the meanwhile, it's a Citizen. If Russia invades the US with 5 Million Troops and they have kids with each other (Russian Man, Russian Woman) while here, they're all citizens??
