This is the design. Looks weird? It's because the head is right at the time. Coins don't do this. Coins put the head further down most of the time. Mostly it's just a suit and tie.

I used to believe Trump was serious about “Making America Great Again”

Putting his signature on the currency is just another example of why you have to add the phrase “If Trump was serious about” to any of the myriad of things he’s betrayed us on.
