She sounds/looks to be financially successful. No it does not stun me as the structure above would not fit my lifestyle which centers on Deer, Goats & Horsepower/Torque. The below structure(Dan actually calls it a water castle that's located in Texas)



impresses me as it's located on an animal rescue operation/acreage, & it's set up for 24/7 indoor/outdoor deer/human co-habitation, I mean if one is going to have a family then @ least live with them;



Dan covered the T&G maple flooring with disposable 3/4" slash grain fir plywood to keep the hooves from marring the T&G maple flooring. Disposable rubberized slip over hoof booties are available for ones deer herd but it becomes a hassle as they need to be removed every time the deer go outside, so the inexpensive fir plywood takes the beating instead of the expensive T&G maple flooring underneath the plywood.



As one can easily see Dan did it the right way when it comes to an actual FUNCTIONAL MANSION for BOTH the creatures & humans to COEXIST TOGETHER, instead of just a mansion for show!
