That's correct. The original "date" was mid-April, according to FEMA, who thought that's how long the dredging would take. When NY started the job, they estimated they could have it completed by April 3rd. But thanks to cutting through red tape at local, state and federal levels, they managed to get it done in time for the ship's arrival on March 30th.WELL THAT JUST CUTS IT. Can't trust Trump or take him at his word about ANYTHING! Now he's brought that ship too early catching New York totally unprepared.
The Damn Rotten Incompetent Orange Bastard has screwed America costing lives yet again.
The OP is fake, there was not a scheduled arrival date...he just made it up.

My naval friends refer to submarines as boats. I also think there are others.
