All on the heels of losing multiple planes in the sea and the tragic military helicopter killing of an commercial airline last year.

No word on what Pete Hegseth was drinking over the last 3 days.

Two U.S. Navy sailors were injured on Wednesday after a U.S. Navy destroyer and a supply ship collided in the Caribbean, military officials said.

"Yesterday afternoon, the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG103) and the Supply-class fast combat support ship USNS Supply (T-AOE-6) collided during a replenishment-at-sea," a U.S. Southern Command spokesperson said in a statement to Fox News on Thursday.

Two personnel reported minor injuries but are in stable condition, the official said, adding that both ships have reported sailing safely.

It astounds me every time two Navy ships collide.

I mean, they have radar systems which show them exactly what paths nearby ships are on. Lines are literally drawn on the screen pointing which way each dot is headed. Heading and speed information is provided onscreen for each vessel.

Every time I hear of our Navy ships hitting each other or a civilian craft, I can't help but think of this scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail

um, they didn't collide on open water just floating around.

This was a refueling operation, where the refueling ship was going a little faster then they should have when they were refueling the other ship.

This was a bump, both ship were fine.
