China has its own EVs. They don't need Tesla. They'd sell EVs whether Tesla were there or not.
And China has looked at Teslas, it could buy them regardless, and they're not made in China... so China doesn't get to understand a lot of the things.
So.... no real benefits for China.
Did you read any part of my previous post? Tesla, like most other US car manufacturers - including Ford, Chrysler and GM manufacture and sell their cars worldwide - including China.

The idea with Tesla is that the Tesla's sold in the United States are made in the United States.
And most American cars sold in the US are made either in the US or North America. Many foreign car companies manufacture at least some of the cars they sell in the US in the US: Toyota, Honda, BMW, Volkswagon, BMW, etc
