Actually, Trump said he was going to deport illegal immigrant that commit crimes, not people in the country illegally. Unlawful presence in the country is not a crime. It is a violation of federal immigration law to remain in the country without legal authorization, but this violation is punishable by civil penalties, not criminal. Improper entry into the US is a crime but that is not the same thing as being in the country illegally.

And how is he going to round up 11 million people without hiring additional people to do so.
