a few years ago I stopped in a 7-11 one morning around 7am for coffee, It was a weekday and I was off. Got up, went for coffee then was going to do some dump runs, in the back of the truck I had a couple old rakes and a shovel.
I came out and there were a couple illegals in the back of my truck, one was standing by the side of the truck talking about trabajo. My first thought was to get really pissed off an throw my hot coffee on him, but I quickly decided to do something nice instead.
So, I had pedro get in the truck and off we went. I drove to a community about 25 miles from the 7-11, drove around till I found a house with no cars in the drive and a yard needed some care.
I got them out, handed them the old rakes and the shovel and got them started on weeding and making the yard look right. I told pedro I would be back with some mulch and a lawnmower etc...
Off I went.
I never did see those illegals again but Im pretty sure the owner of the property was very happy to come home and find his gardens weeded.
