Have you not watched any of the recent hearings? The Senators don't always ask questions relating to the issue. McCain asked about Hillary Clinton to Comey yesterday when in fact the hearing was for Comey to talk about his memos and conversations with Trump.

But you're right, the hearings on Wednesday were supposed to be on FISA and the committee started asking the "generals" about their conversations with Trump, instead. Got 'em all confused and they wouldn't answer without permission from The Boss.

Since Homey testified that he leaked sensitive and classified information, as he knew that if it came out later that he would be sentenced to death, Homey will be under indictment before Trump testifies to anything. Trump can not be compelled to testify about nothing, Homey will use his Sig Sauer on his own useless brain any day now, or end up in the Federal Pen as a bunkmate to Blagojevich and Leroy Brown

I don't think Trump will testify under oath. Last time he did, he said he couldn't recall over 200 times, when asked about the people he personally hired.

It would be pretty hard to say under oath he doesn't recall about things that are in black and white that he tweeted himself, said on tape, or said on video. If he did it would be just the same as a lie.

Meetings with the president aren't classified, unless the president (or his staff) inform the person / people in the room that what was discussed is classified, and what the classification level is.

That's how Trump was able to tell the Russians about Top Secret Israeli intelligence.
