As he should. We all should admire leaders who get things done. The one thing our Founding Fathers got wrong was giving too much power to Congress. Too often they are nothing but obstructionists.

Because each branch has both individual and shared powers, no one branch has more authority than the other two, and each is accountable to the others. This "checks and balances" system means that the balance of power in our government remains steady.

take a look at the not-to-distant past --> the executive unbound from the heritage foundation. Remarkably appropriate works for 2024.

This is a very instructive period.

Who knew that this many Americans wanted to just roll over for a strongman? To hell with the Constitution, just give one guy the power and obey.

I really thought, assumed, that we were better than this.
